Spinnaker Architect worked with Debbie Marr and Jim Brayton in 2005-2006 to design a substantial addition to their (now) 4300sf home in NW Portland. They received permits in 2006 and started construction in May 2007. The project was completed in June 2008.

Kids' Play Room and Attic Storage
The kids really scored with a 14 ft. high rock wall in the large basement playroom!
Attic storage room - finally an 'old' house with LOTS of storage.
